BBP, a leading provider of catering disposables and packaging, needed a website that could do more than just look good. With a vast and ever-changing product range, dynamic pricing structures, and a high volume of quote-based transactions, they needed a website that was fast, flexible, and ready to scale.

They came to us with a clear task: reimagine their website as a conversion tool, streamlining the customer journey, syncing tightly with internal platforms like Sage 200, and empowering users with real-time pricing, quoting, and product filtering.

A quoting platform built for speed

BBP’s quoting model is core to their business. We developed a bespoke quote flow that supports verified customers, allowing for multi-product quoting, basket management, and automated confirmation—all fully synced with Sage 200.

This flow streamlines internal workflows while making quoting quick, simple, and reliable for customers. It’s a major time-saver and a clear competitive edge.

Sustainable by design

We implemented sustainable development practices from the ground up. From lean code and image optimisation to statically generated pages via Statamic, the site is engineered to minimise energy use and server load—without compromising on speed or usability.

All of this contributes to a lower carbon footprint per visit, reinforcing BBP’s sustainability commitments in both practice and performance.

Dynamic pricing, powered by Sage

BBP’s pricing isn’t static. Using a robust API integration with Sage 200, we enabled real-time syncs for price bands, product metadata, and account-specific information. This means every quote is accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to each customer’s pricing tier automatically.

The site now supports flexible content blocks, reusable layouts, and robust permissions—all wrapped in a CMS experience that’s powerful, yet simple.
