Project Overview

Anetic Aid is a trusted manufacturer of medical equipment, supplying surgical trolleys, operating tables and tourniquets across the globe. Despite a strong international reputation, their website was falling behind. It ran on an outdated version of Statamic (V2), split content across separate sites for the UK and US, and a complicated quoting system that frustrated both customers and admins.

Our mission was to modernise the platform, unifying the global infrastructure, and overhauling the quoting experience, to help the business scale effectively across the US and UK markets.

The result? A 40.6% increase in online sales within 12 months.

A platform ready to scale globally

The old Anetic Aid platform was split across multiple domains for the US and UK, creating content silos and doubling admin time. We transitioned the site into a single Statamic V4 multisite, enabling multilingual control from one master CMS, saving time, streamlining updates, and improving consistency across regions.

French and Spanish were added alongside US and UK content to support distributors and clinicians worldwide, and the possibility to scale into more regions with ease.

Removing friction, increasing conversions

Our main focus was overhauling Anetic Aid’s quoting system. We restructured the user journey from the ground up, removing friction, enabling multi-item quotes in one click, and offering instant quotes for low-value orders. These flows now sync with HubSpot to automatically raise tickets and support follow-ups.

The result is a seamless quoting experience that drove a 40.6% increase in online sales in the year following launch.

What Anetic Aid say about us

Fast, secure and built to last

Upgrading from Statamic V2 to V4 wasn’t just about features, it was a long-term infrastructure investment. We removed the database entirely, implementing a flat-file system for faster performance, lower maintenance, and fewer hosting dependencies. On the backend, we rebuilt with lean, secure code. On the frontend, we optimised every asset for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility, meeting WCAG AA standards and working seamlessly across all devices.

Built with Anetic Aid, and their customers

This wasn’t an off-the-shelf template. Every decision, from CMS structure to quoting logic, was shaped in partnership with the Anetic Aid team, designed around their internal workflows and customer needs. And with scalable infrastructure in place, the site is ready to support and power future growth, across more languages, products, and geographies.
