Veco Plus is a cloud-based CRM and property management platform for estate and lettings agents. Previously operating under the legacy brand Veco by Eurolink, they needed more than a new website, they needed a digital relaunch to match their evolving product and ambition.

With over 30 years of innovation in the PropTech space, Veco had already built trust across thousands of agency branches. But as they launched Veco Plus, they recognised the need for a modern direction on their website, brand and digital marketing.

Our challenge was to reposition Veco for the SaaS era. That meant evolving their identity, aligning messaging with the needs of decision-makers, and delivering a high-performing website to drive qualified leads, build long-term brand equity, and scale with future product growth.

Our role was to distil decades of experience into a digital identity that felt modern, scalable and aligned with the expectations of today’s estate agency leaders. We reframed Veco Plus as more than just an upgraded platform. It’s a smarter, always-on system built for growth.

We designed a benefit-led website that puts every feature in context. From self-service tools to automation workflows, everything supports the user's journey. Messaging is focused on commercial value; saving time, staying compliant and improving operational efficiency.

We introduced an intuitive multi-step lead qualification form to help the Veco sales team focus on the opportunities that matter most. From the first interaction, the website gathers key details about business size, services offered and operational needs. This gives the team instant insight into whether a prospect is a good fit, what problems they’re trying to solve, and how best to engage.

The design prioritises ease of use, guiding visitors through a clear, low-friction journey that feels helpful, not intrusive. Behind the scenes, this pre-qualification flow saves hours of back-and-forth and reduces time wasted on low-value leads. It means faster responses, more relevant demos, and better conversion rates.

Most buyers of property software aren’t the end-users. They’re directors, founders, and heads of operations within estate agencies. Our UX and messaging strategy focused on speaking their language: productivity, compliance, efficiency and scale.

We built modular page structures that enable the Veco team to spin up sector-specific and persona-led landing pages on demand, critical for demand generation campaigns and account-based marketing. Every element of the site was designed to work across devices, with clear calls to action and trust building statistics throughout.

Built for SaaS Scale and Speed

We migrated Veco to Statamic, giving their team a fast, modern CMS without the bloat of traditional platforms. Statamic allows full control over page creation, campaign rollout, and site updates, perfect for an agile marketing team.

Behind the scenes, caching, image compression and SEO best practices mean the site is as lean and fast as the platform it represents. Our 83-step website launch checklist ensured full technical quality assurance, and WCAG AA accessibility compliance means no user is left behind.
